It was pomp and color as eCLUB 9212 SAFARI Kenya together with eight Rotary Clubs of Nakuru, Kericho, Maralal, Enkare-Narok, Gilgil, Eldama Ravine, Ruiru and eClub Rift Valley for the Joint Magical Installation Ceremony (with at least twenty clubs in attendance: Hurlingham, Laikipia Highlanders, Naivasha, Nairobi Magharibi, Outback Australia, Waridi, Ongata Rongai, Gachie, Lang'ata, Nairobi Thika Road, Muyenga D9214, Lavington, Ongata Rongai East, Nairobi East),

themed “Magical African Touch Coming Together is the Beginning of Greater Things”, on Saturday, 13th July 2024 at Buraha Zenoni Hotel in Nakuru.

The Chief Guest, Rtn Wairimu Njage (District Governor Elect Rotary District 9212) emphasized the need for Rotarians to be orderly and timely in all our undertakings.

The Officiator, Rtn Ken Mugisha (Past District Governor Rotary District 9214) highlighted the difference between real and fake Rotarians: the fake are always followed up in order to pay dues while real pay dues in time as well as embracing the four way test as part of their lifestyle – simple Rotarian commandment.

In his inaugural speech, President Alfred (eClub 9212 Safari Safari Kenya) highlighted that he aims to increase club membership by 50% by his invitation to introduce our friends and colleagues to Rotary, doubling our contribution to the Rotary Foundation current harsh economic realities notwithstanding, as well as the creation of three more caucuses namely: Diaspora, Nyeri and Rift Valley (to our current Watamu, Nairobi, and Kisumu caucuses).
